He was born in 1960 in Turkmenistan, in the village of Dashoguz. In 1979, he graduated from an art school. In 1979, he worked as an artist at the arts fund. In 1983, he participated in national and international exhibitions. Since 1988 he has been a member of the Union of Artists. In 1990, he participated in the workshop of international artists organized by the Karachay-Cherkess Republic. In 2003, he was awarded first prize for a series of watercolor artworks in Ashgabat. Between 2007 and 2013, he painted the interior walls of an Orthodox church in the Balkanabat and Dashoguz cities. In 2012, he received an award in the exhibition dedicated to the independence of Turkmenistan. His works take place in private collections in countries such as Canada, Germany, Uzbekistan, Russia and Kazakhstan.
