Mümine Özdemirağ Yağlı was born in Nicosia in 1976 and went to Turkey to receive training on ceramics in 1993. She graduated from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Ceramics in 1998. Between the years 2003-2005, she completed her MA degree at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Department of Ceramics. Since 2018, she has been pursuing a postgraduate degree at the Department of Fine Arts and Design, Near East University. Mümine Özdemirağ Yağlı, who participated in many national and international exhibitions, symposiums and workshops, has many artworks in public and private collections. Since 2017, she has been working as a lecturer at Arkın Creative Arts and Design University, Faculty of Art.
