Rakhman Rakhmanov was born in 1984 in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. Between 2000-2004, he studied at the State Fine Arts College of Turkmenistan. Between 2007-2013, he studied at the State Academy of Arts, Turkmenistan. The artist has been a member of the Union of Turkmenistan Artists since 2013. Since 2013, he has been teaching at the State Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan. The artist is an active participant of many national and international exhibitions.
