Çari Yazmyradov was born in 1975 in Lolatan, a village in Marı Province of Turkmenistan. In 1995, he graduated from the Fine Arts College of Turkmenistan.

In 200,1 he graduated from Turkmenistan State Art Academy. In 1999, he won the UN competition, “Six Billion Man’s Day”. Since 2001, he has participated in many national and international exhibitions. His works take place in many private collections in the USA,Turkey and in other countries.
