Khurshid Ziyahanov was born in 1958 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
In 1987, he graduated from the Graphic Department of A. Ostrovsky Tashkent Theater and Art Institute.
Since 1999, he is a member of the Association of Artists of the Academy of Fine Arts of Uzbekistan.
In 2008, he was awarded the Shuhrat Medal.
In the same year, he received the “Gold Medal” of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan.
In 2017, the artist received the laureate of the “Dignified Culture Worker”.
Besides painting and graphic works, the artist is the creator of illustrations of numerous books and magazines.
Khurshid Ziyahanov teaches the course of book illustration at the Tashkent Art and Design Institute.
He is a participant of many national and international art exhibitions.
His works take place in private collections in Uzbekistan and abroad (America, England, France, Netherlands, Germany, Japan, China, Russia).
