Raif Kızıl was born on 30 September 1988 in London. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Güzelyurt, Cyprus. He completed his undergraduate program at the Near East University, Faculty of Fine Arts and Design, Department of Graphics. After graduation, he worked for various art and advertising agencies. He has participated in group exhibitions in Turkey and abroad. In 2013, he completed his master’s degree in Graphic Design at the University of East London, United Kingdom. In the same year, he started his doctorate studies at the Department of Art Design of the Near East University. He started his academic career as a research assistant at the Near East University, Faculty of Fine Arts and Design, Department of Graphic Design.
