Migranov Ramil was born on January 9, 1979, in Ufa city of Bashkortostan. He graduated from Ufa Art School in 1979. In 1983, he graduated from the Department of Painting and Graphic at the national university called N. Krupskaya. He has been participating in national and international exhibitions and symposiums since 1998. Since 2008, he is a member of the Association of Russian Artists. He held a personal exhibition at Ufa’s Tax Police in 1998. In 2007, he opened a personal exhibition at the Folk Art Museum in Belebei. In 2009, he opened a personal exhibition at Ufa State Library. His works of art are exhibited at the State Art Museum named V.I. Nesterov in Bashkortostan, Tobolsk Art Museum, Orsk Art Gallery and the collections in Russia, and in private collections in Germany, Serbia, Turkey and Azerbaijan.
