He was born in 1969. Between the years 1984-1988, he studied at the Azim Azimzade Art School. Between the years 1991-1996, he studied at Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts. In 2000 he was promoted to the rank of associate professor at the Azerbaijan State Art Academy. Since 1992, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan. He participated in many art events and exhibitions: ARI Gallery, Baku, Azerbaijan (1994); BIM Gallery, Baku, Azerbaijan (1994); ARI Gallery – ’Spring‘ group exhibition; Baku, Azerbaijan (1995); Azerbaijan Painters Exhibition, Tbilisi, Georgia (1999); Girne Artists Meeting, Kyrenia, Cyprus (2009); Artists Meeting of Gaziantep, Gaziantep, Turkey (2011); Carousel de Louvre (international exhibition), Paris, France (2016), Congres de Mandelieu-La Napoule (international exhibition), Canne, France (2016).
