1961 He was born in Baku. He studied at Azim Azimzade High School of Painting between 1976-1980. He studied in Azerbaijan Academy of Fine Arts between the years 1986-1992 and graduated from this academy. In 1994, he worked as a Workshop Teacher at Azim Azimzade High School of Painting. In 1996, he became a member of the Union of Painters of Azerbaijan.

In 2001, within the framework of Turkey-Azerbaijan Cultural Relations, he gave painting lectures at the Devecihan Cultural Center in Edirne.
Since 2005, he has been teaching at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Trakya University.
