It was announced that 25 art pieces of 12 artists from Turkey; and 25 art pieces of 6 artists from Uzbekistan; and 17 art pieces of Kazakh artist Kazym Amankossov’s personal exhibition is to be opened by the Minister of Labour and Social Security Dr. Faiz Sucuoğlu.

According to the press release issued by the Directorate of Press and Public Relations of Near East University, three separate exhibitions are to be opened on Friday, 26th July 2019 at 8:30  at Near East University Atatürk Culture and Congress Centre,

The artists which took part in the Near East University Art Workshop will be reflecting different Ecole’s and their own different styles via their original style and artistic insights. The exhibition of Turkish artists include:


  1. Halil Ertürk, who will be focusing on social and psychological conditions,

  2. Zuhal Ertürk- the effect of urban and time transformation on mankind,

  3. Ayşenur Şentürk- the landscapes depicted with the melancholic colour atmosphere,

  4. Osman Törer- objects associated with machinery and industry,

  5. Umut Kayapınar dynamic colour compositions with gestural movements,

  6. Naz Tansel sosyal- realistic understanding that reflects the usual moments of life,

  7. Görkem Dikel- geometric and structuralist fiction,

  8. Begüm Mütevellioğlu- compositions of architecture and symbolic language,

  9. Tayfun Gülnar- works of space and painting that combine depth and spatial dimension,

  10. Şevket Sönmez- the compositions that bring together images of art history and current issues,

  11. Hakan Cingöz- landscapes and figures,

  12. Kudret Türküm symbolic realist elements that use the psychological effect of light and colour.


Works of Young Artists of Different Techniques Will Be Exhibited …
The Art Exhibition of Artists of Uzbekistan, which was established in 2015 under the name of "ART-ZEMIN" and consists of 6 young artists, will feature works consisting of joint works of these artists. The word "ZEMIN" used in the group name refers to the world. Artists combine the world with the unifying power and love of art. The group includes Uzbek artists Sardor Allabergenov, Erkin Bozorov, Ilkhomjon Otaboev, Umarbek Rajabov, Alisher Khamdamov, Urinboy Kambarov who organize joint exhibitions every year. Furthermore, the group participates in trips where they paint the mountains, the landscapes and the nature of Uzbekistan three times a year. The paintings of the artists of this group differ in technique, style and genre.

Kazakh artist Kazym Amankosov was born on 8 June 1965 in Baizak, Kazakhstan. During 1982-1990, he pursued his education in Zhambyl Pedagogy Institute. He is a member of Kazakhstan Artists Association since 2000. In 2018, he won the region's development and medal. In 2002, he held his solo exhibition “The 2000th Anniversary of the City of Taraz”, and in 2008, held his solo exhibition "Astana's 10th Anniversary". Furthermore, in 2008, he participated in the international exhibition "Kyrgyzstan" in Talas. In 2015, he participated in Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan International Festival in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Also, in 2016, in the Republic of Kyrgyzstan II. He took part in the International Festival of Immigrant Games.
