Solo Painting Exhibitions consisting of 17 artworks of Nodir Shoabdurahimov and 20 artworks of Khasan Aminov from Uzbekistan and 17 artworks of Omirzak Rystan from Kazakhstan, all paintings have exclusively been made for the Cyprus Museum of Modern Arts, will be opened by Minister of Labor and Social Security Faiz Sucuoğlu

According to the press information provided by the Directorate of Press and Public Relations of Near East University, the opening of the exhibitions will take place at the Exhibition Hall of the Near East University Atatürk Culture and Congress Center at 08.30 on Friday, September 27, 2019.

Who is Nodir Shoabdurakhimov?
Uzbek artist Nodir Shoabdurakhimov was born in 1962 in Tashkent. Between the years 1978-1982, he studied at Republic Art College. Between the years 1982 and 1989, he completed his education at the Faculty of Monumental and Decorative Art, Tashkent Ostrovsky State Theater and Art Institute. Since 1998, he has been a member of the Academy of Arts of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2000 he was awarded the Shukhrat Medal. Since 1986, he has been a participant of republican, regional, unity, international and personal exhibitions. His works take place in the Republic of Uzbekistan Art Exhibitions, Uzbekistan History Museum and the State Temurid History Museum, Uzbekistan National Bank gallery collections and in several administrative buildings of the country, also in private collections and art galleries in Germany, USA, Italy, Russia, Pakistan, England, Belgium, Kazakhstan, South Korea and Turkey.

Who is Khasan Aminov?
He was born on February 2, 1962. He is a member of Youth Honor of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Between the years 1993 and 1995, he served as the Head of Education at Republican Art College. He worked as the Principal of Republican Art College between the years 2005-2010. Between the years 2010-2019, he served as the rector of Kamoliddin Behzod National Institute of Art and Design. Since 2019, he has been a professor at Kamoliddin Behzod National Institute of Art and Design. Since 1999, he has been a member of the Organization of Artists of the Uzbekistan Academy of Arts.

Kazakh artist Omirzak Rystan's personal art exhibition, which consists of 17 works, will feature works with interesting features. Rystan reflects the characteristics of Kazakh decoration in a negative-positive composition. It is remarkable that the ornaments in his works give extraordinary characteristics to the works. Who is Omirzak Rystan?
He was born in 1950 in Ulanbator, Mongolia. Between the years 1973-1974, he studied at the Herder Institute of Languages, Leipzig, Germany. Between the years 1974-1980, he specialized in painting at the Gallic Art Academy in Germany. Since 1981, he has been a member of the Mongolian Artists Association.He has participated in international and national exhibitions since 1980. From 1982 to 1992, he served as a Board Member of the Mongolian Artists Association. Rystan's works are kept in private collections in Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Germany, Japan, Russia, Italy, France, the USA and also in the residence of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in the exhibition fund of the Mongolian Artists Association. He won an award and diploma in Republican competitions between 1985 - 1987. In 2002, he received a diploma from the International Master Class Art Festival.
