He was born in 1970 in the city of Tselinograd. In 1993, he graduated from the Art School named after O. Tansykbaev, in Almaty. In 2004 he participated in the International Youth Competition “Shabyt”. Since 2012, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Kazakhstan. His picturesque canvases are in the State National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the Military History Museum, as well as in private collections in Kazakhstan, Russia, England, Canada, Turkey, and Germany. In 2014, he was awarded a gold badge in a watercolor competition which was dedicated to the 110th anniversary of Abylkhan Kasteev. In 2015, he took part in the International Symposium “Bridge of Culture” Istanbul-Astana. In 2017, a personal exhibition was opened at the Military History Museum in Astana. In 2018 he was awarded the Kurmet honorary medal. In 2019, he participated in the international symposium “Academism & Progress”.
