He was born on 24th June 1937 in the village of Bendesen of Kyzyl Arvat district of Balkan province.

1954 Almamedov became a student of the Turkmen State of College.
In 1991 He was awarded the title “ Honorary Worker of Arts of Turkmenistan” and in 1996 the medal “For Love of The Fatherland”.
