Avni BEHLULI was born in 1960 in Breznica, municipality of Bujanovac. He was graduated from the Academy of Figurative Arts – the Branch of Sculpture in Prishtina in 1986, at the class of Professor Agim Çavdarbasha. He received master degree in 1998.
