He was born in 1960, in northern Kazakhstan. In 1986, he graduated from the Almaty Theater and Art Institute. He is an Honored Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan; By Presidental decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan he was awarded the “20 Years of Independence” anniversary medal. The artist took part in creating the design of the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he is also the author of the anniversary set of gold and silver coins dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the great Abai, the author of the “Outstanding Personalities of Kazakhstan”, portrait series. His works take place in museums and private collections in Kazakhstan, Russia, England, Australia, South Korea. The artist’s works are in the genre of easel painting.
