He was born in 1960, in the Peshkun District of the Bukhara Region. Between the years 1978-1982, he studied at the P. P. Benkov Republican Art School. Between the years 1982-1988 she studied at the Tashkent N. A. Ostrovskiy State Theater and Art Institute. Between the years 1988-1994, he was the chief artist of the Bukhara State Puppet Theater. Between the years 2001-2010, he was the director of the Bukhara Lyceum of Fine and Applied Arts. Since 1991, he has been a member of the Society of Theater Workers of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Since 1993, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of Uzbekistan. Since 1997, he has been a member of creative associations of the Academy of Arts.
