Farit Valiullin

He was born in 1959 in Kazan, Tatarstan, and graduated from Kazan Fine Arts High School in 1978. From 1980 to 1986, he studied at the Monumental Department of Surikov Moscow State Fine Arts University. Between 2001-2005, he served at the Board of Directors of the Union of Tararistan Artists. As a lecturer, he has been working for the Department of Design of the Kazan Federal University since 2006. All the designs in the dome of the famous Kulserif Mosque crafted by him. In 2013, he made the interior designs of the Bulgarian Civilization Museum. The same year he joined the Board of Directors of the Union of Artists of the Russian Federation. The artist has the Tatarstan Republic State Order. He received the Gabdulla Tukay Award. He has participated in many national and international exhibitions and his works take place in many private collections in his homeland and abroad.
