He was born on August 24, in 1949 in the village of Korzhynkol, Kustanai region of Kazakhstan. In 1973, he graduated from the Almaty Art School. He is a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR since 1981. Ghani is a painter, aquarellist, and also engaged in graphic works. Since 1977, he is a member of the Republican All-Union and foreign exhibitions.
