He was born in Togunas village of the Omsk Region in 1961. In 1988, he graduated from the Faculty of Arts and Graphic, Omsk A. M. Gorky Pedagogical Institute. Since 1997, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of Russia. In 2019,he became a member of the International Creative Group “ALMALINE” in Kazakhstan. He worked as a professor at the Department of Academic Painting and Drawing, Faculty of Arts, Omsk Pedal University. Since 1988, he has been a regular participant and award winner of the local, regional, inter-regional, All-Russian and international exhibitions. He is the Laureate of the Governor of the Omsk Region named after the national artist of Russia K.P. Belov. He received numerous diplomas and the ‘’letters of thanks’’ from the art academies in the Urals, in Siberia and in the Far East. He received the “Grand Prix” from the International Exhibition of compatriots living abroad. He is the owner of gold and silver medals of the Union of Artists of Russia. He made artistic trips to Russia, Kazakhstan, China and Mongolia.The artist’s works are in museums and galleries of Omsk, Novosibirsk, Kemerovo -Novokuznetsk, Tomsk, Khanty- Mansiysk, Vladivostok, Krasnodar Region, Almaty, Shimkent, Semipalatinsk, Harbin, and Ulan – Bator and also in private collections of America, England, Germany, France, Israel, Canada and Indonesia.
