Today, we are together at the opening of two solo painting exhibitions of Kazakh painting artist Kuralbek Kossuakov's exhibition consisting of 18 artworks and Uzbek painting artist Lyubov Tiora's exhibition consisting of 45 artworks. Both of our artists were awarded the Silver Key Award, we congratulate them from the heart. I would also like to thank all members of Günsel Family, our artists, our employees, especially our Teacher, Suat Günsel, who has undertaken many important projects, especially the CMMA Project, and guided us with his experiences in all areas of life.”

Lyubov Tiora; “Cyprus Museum of Modern Art is like Noah's Ark for artists”
Uzbek painting artist Lyubov Tiora said in his speech: “I would like to say many things, but time is very limited, just like our life in this world. And, in this limited time period, we must do and leave behind something beautiful, valuable, important and meaningful. During our time here, we witnessed coordinated and well-organized studies. But what is surprising is the love and sacrifice shown. The Cyprus Museum of Modern Arts is like Noah's Ark for artists. Here, a kind of art “genetic pool” is accumulated in its special atmosphere. And we tried, we worked so that our artworks are in line with the general mission and vision. As an artist, we know very well that small details are important in every work. Moving, protecting and maintaining the works are also part of the process we work with. But we know that without a professional conductor, there can be no music. Dear Dr. Suat Günsel, I was amazed by your versatile personality, the scale of your thoughts, your activities and your capacity to transform society through art. I thank you for your kind interest and finesse to art and artists. An artist can only create in free flight conditions, and here we all fly freely and create real works of art. Thank you for your understanding and wisdom, for your opinion and vision, for your love and attention, for your very meaningful ideas - for everything. Thank you for your support. Yes, some say that artists are interesting, different people, but we have a supreme driving force within us, which is the beginning of all our work. This power is our pride! We are ready to work with you, we are ready to create with you.”

Kuralbek Kossuakov; “Mr. Günsel offered the opportunity to meet, work and create different people by gathering the entire Turkic world”
Kazakhstan painting artist Kuralbek Kossuakov; “Welcome to the opening of my solo exhibition. It is a great pride and happiness for me to open a solo exhibition in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. With this project, Dr. Suat Günsel has gathered the entire Turkic world and offered the opportunity to meet, work and create with different people. Dear Dr. Suat Günsel, I present my endless gratitude to you, I also wish you a long and healthy life, and energy and inspiration to my colleagues.”

Minister Taçoy; “Actually, the artist is a subject in a place, and the art he creates is an object”
Hasan Taçoy, Minister of Economy and Energy, emphasized that when he entered the exhibition area, he encountered a riot of colors and tried to interpret how they are literally based on the daily life of the artist. Minister Taçoy, “Actually, the artist is a subject in a place, and the art he produces is an object. It is necessary to make some titles for these objects. It is necessary to take a look at them. The artist first puts forward his own psychology. In his work, he actually reveals what he thinks. In his work, he shares his own philosophy. It reflects the education he received while doing this. He tries to display the aesthetics he feels. The artist expresses the concept of art within the object created by the combination of psychology, philosophy, education and aesthetics. He reflects the mood with the colors he uses. In fact, everyone is an artist ...Painting is not just art. Transferring what you think to the object is also art. It is up to education to reveal this art. Do not only look at the work that the artist has created, but his interaction in his emergence is also very important. In addition, Near East University, for example, produces works of art in many fields. Every move adds quality to education. People with this quality education come to the point of creating something. In this context, Near East University is a university that has been involved in many initiatives and is effective in the whole field. It is not possible not to appreciate it. I wish these beauties to continue.”
