Eldar Babazade was born in Baku, Azerbaijan, in 1962. He studied at the Faculty of Graphics of Azerbaijan Pedagogical University between the years 1984-89. Since 1990, he has been working as an artist in Azerbaijan Art Foundation. Since 1997, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan. In 2001, the artist opened a solo exhibition titled on “Absheron” in Baku. In 2011, he held a solo exhibition in Uttersberg, Sweden. The artist is a participant of many national and international exhibitions. His artworks take place in many galleries and private collections in Azerbaijan and abroad.
